If the toolbar still does not appear after the update, go through the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Word 2010, 2013 and 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Word 2010\/2013\/2016.<\/li>\n<li>Click the File menu and select <strong>Options<\/strong>. The Options window appears on the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Add-Ins<\/strong> from the list on the left.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Disabled items<\/strong> in the drop-down window next to Manage and click Start. The Disabled Items window appears on the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select Sprint Word Addin and then click Enable.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>COM Addins<\/strong> in the drop-down window next to Manage and click Start. The COM Addins window appears on the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure Sprint Word Addin is ticked and click OK.<\/li>\n<li>Restart Word. The Sprint toolbar should now be visible again.
