Connection lost with the drive

When the connection is gone to the drive you will normally automatically get an error message asking you to remove the connection to the drive and re-add it. This should solve the problem. Keep in mind that if the connection is not used for 90 days the connection is automatically disconnected (this is to protect your account(s)). Deleting and reconnecting does not cause data loss. Your documents will still be available as they were in the drive.

Does SprintPlus work on Mac/Apple or Chromebook?

You can use SprintPlus.online on your Mac or Chromebook. Want to use the installation version of SprintPlus on a Mac? Then you can use a program that supports Microsoft Windows applications. Parallels is one example (http://www.parallels.com/eu/). Another option is to boot an Apple computer with Intel processor into a Microsoft Windows environment, using the Boot Camp method (http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/). Note that these are external platforms and are not linked to SprintPlus, this is completely outside expertise and support.

Skippy and/or Sprinter no longer works.

You get the message when opening Skippy and/or Sprinter: “you must have a valid license”. You can try to solve this problem by logging out in SprintPlus. Tip: first have your valid login data at hand so you can easily log in again! To do this, go to Help License the logout button at the bottom of the pop-up window. SprintPlus will ask again a confirmation if you definitely want to unsubscribe. Once logged out check again that everything from SprintPlus is closed correctly (SprintPlus, Skippy, Sprinter and Word). Then open SprintPlus and log in again. Are you continuing to have problems? Send an e-mail, we are happy to help you.

Problem with Skippy when selecting a prediction.

If you get a non-existent combination of letters after clicking on a prediction in Skippy, the problem could possibly be due to using multiple spellchecks at the same time. For example, using Skippy and Grammarly at the same time in Word can cause problems with Skippy’s operation. Just close the other spellchecks and the problem should be solved.
